PracticeMatch is a physician recruitment tool that helps organizations find the perfect candidate for their job requirements. The main objective of PracticeMatch was to get a software that they could use to find, contact, and book demos with their target audience of physician recruitment specialists and key decision makers.

PracticeMatch needed granular contact data—mainly phone numbers and email addresses for hospital systems, physician groups, and other organizations that could benefit from using their product and services.

We wanted something without harsh limitations on exports, and wanted to liberally use the database however we wished to. We didn’t want to feel restricted to the reports available, and wanted a software that had the capabilities to customize reports and give us the freedom to find data in different ways.

In addition to that, PracticeMatch typically used to attend events and live conferences to develop their main customer base. However, due to the pandemic, there was a sudden absence of such events, and they hence had to restrategize to using targeted email marketing strategies instead.
