Credits are consumed when you export insights or unmask contact information on the Slintel dashboard. Please note that Chrome Extension credits are not the same as Slintel credits.
New users get 100 credits on sign up. If you are a paid Slintel user, you can ask a CSM (Customer Success Manager) to assign you credits based on your needs. For every successful email unlock, it’s 1 credit and 3 credits for a phone unlock.

Slintel’s data is collected from verified sources and large-scale web capture tools, and on top of that, the data is triple-checked so that you get only the best-qualified leads for your business. However, it’s ridiculously difficult to keep data on this kind of scale fresh and updated but we do our best. Our entire database is refreshed at least once a quarter and we have teams performing quality checks to make sure our verified phone numbers and emails are fresh.
We believe that different companies have different needs. We work with every prospective customer to understand their use case and recommend a plan for their needs. The Startup, Growth and Enterprise plans offer access to market intelligence based on a company’s needs.
Your plan will be renewed only after your approval. We do not automatically renew plans without your consent nor do we have a lock-in, no-refunds clause.
Slintel credits are valid for the year so they do roll over to the next month.
