OBJECTIVES • Promote health conditions affecting the rural communities through research, resource mobilization and implementation. • Strengthening pre-primary education systems through research and building accountable leadership, management and technical capacity. • Strengthening the capacity of institutions, civil society organizations and communities on governance issues for informed decision making. • To improve the quality of life and well-being of the nation’s most vulnerable population and their households through livelihood skills capacity building and economic empowerment in order to access their basic needs.
