DLG is one of the largest providers of consumer lifestyle data to UK direct marketing industry. •Apr 2009: Acquired PDV Ltd, online and offline lead generation business, strengthening the Group's position as a leading provider of database management services. •Dec 2011: Recommended cash offer by Adrian John Williams to acquire entire share capital of DM plc through Scheme of Arrangement. •Jan 2012: Scheme of Arrangement accepted and DM shares cancelled from AIM.
