Salt Harvest Foundation, of which we are a founding member, is a nonprofit committed to supporting workers and communities where salt is harvested. Salt farming is an ancient and noble trade supporting rural communities and protecting sensitive ecologies. But traditional farms are vanishing under the assault of industrial giants.
