Our company is capable of handling all water damage cla ... ims, large or small, residential or commercial. Customers will deal directly with the owner, Mike Brown, who is personally on each job. If the homeowner requests, we will meet with the insurance adjuster to discuss and view the loss and, if necessary, work directly with the adjuster on behalf of the homeowner. If a water damage does not warrant an insurance claim and a homeowner or Association is required to pay for the damage out of pocket, we keep costs to a minimum and provide discounts. On every water damage claim, digital photos and detailed notes of the loss are taken. Moisture readings are taken daily and equipment is removed when affected areas are returned to acceptable levels. We do our best to keep drying times to a minimum and salvage as much of the property as possible. Our high powered equipment assures rapid removal of water to accelerate the drying process. Antimicrobials are applied to deter fungal growth. It is not our intention to gouge a homeowner or their insurance company.
