RecruiterBox was founded in 2011 by three friends Raj, Raghuveer and Girish in Bangalore, India. They wanted to create software to manage Resumes flooding the hiring team’s mailbox and make it easy to get through a pile of CVs.

Nowadays, most of their clients are outside India (70% in the US and another 20% in Europe, Canada, and Australia. 10% in the rest of the World). The company, initially, had the objective of targeting only the Small and Medium-sized businesses (SMB’s) but has now successfully incorporated larger companies, with 1,000+ employees.

Due to the success of the company, in 2018, RecruiterBox was acquired by US Private equity firm Turn/River Capital under the Applied Training Systems Inc. (ATSI) banner, although it still runs as a standalone business unit.
