ApplicantPro Software, was founded in 2007 in Utah, USA by JobMatch LLC. It is an all-in-one recruiting software designed to keep track of the hiring process, from posting a job to onboarding a new hire. Initially, the company was called by iApplicants, but it's now being sold under the name ApplicantPro.

ApplicantPro ATS offers the following modules in its integrated solution: Applicant tracking, Video interviewing, Assessments, Background Checks, and Onboarding. There are also no contract, setup or support fees, as well as unlimited manager logins, which makes it a strong player in the Small & Medium business (SMB) segment.

The target aimed by ApplicantPro, in fact, is the SMB (Small and Medium Business) segment for organizations with up to 2,000 employees. Recently, they've announced a complete integration with other larger Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS) too, like Oracle and Kronos, for example, and also introduced a communication inbox feature that allows hiring managers and recruiters to send text messages to candidates. Replies are stored and tracked within ApplicantPro, and candidates can’t see any phone numbers or personal information.

A Look at the Customer Landscape

According to Slintel data, ApplicantPro and iApplicants combines a total of 1712 active customers. ApplicantPro had no addition or deletion of customers in the past month. Slintel data is also tracking iApplicants, for which there are 214 customers. There has been no new customer addition and just one customer deletion. This also could be due to the change in the product name. The customer that iApplicants lost  recently was a company with less than 50 employees.

Further analysis of Slintel’s data shows that 31% of ApplicantPro’s customers have less than 50 employees, while a whopping 68% have less than 200 employees. This goes to show that ApplicantPro is mainly considered in the SMB segment. In terms of industry breakdown, close to 37% of ApplicantPro’s customers are from Professional Services, while Healthcare & Life-sciences account for 16%. Industrial and Retail & CPG verticals account for approximately 13 % each. ApplicantPro has almost no presence outside the US.
